Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed on this website with Fiamma Verde Ltd, 1 High Street, Watford, WD17 1AA.

Your order

When you place an order we send a confirmation, but the contract is formed when the shop accepts it (you will be told by text or email and on the tracking page). We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we are too busy, an item has run out or your address is outside our delivery area. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery fees, discounts and any tip you choose are shown before you pay. You can pay by card online or, where offered, by cash on collection or delivery.

Times

Collection and delivery times are estimates. We will do our best to meet them but they are not guaranteed, especially at busy times or in bad weather.

Cancelling and refunds

Food made to order is exempt from the 14-day cancellation right in the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Until the kitchen starts your order, ring the store and we will cancel it and refund you. If something is wrong with your food, tell us within 24 hours and we will put it right, by remaking it or refunding you. This does not affect your legal rights.

Allergies

Tell us about any allergy before you order and again in the order notes. Allergen information is on the allergen page. Our kitchen handles all 14 major allergens, so we cannot promise any dish is completely free of one.

Delivery

Someone must be available to receive the order at the address given. We may leave an order with a neighbour or in a safe place only if you tell us to in the notes. If we cannot reach you after a reasonable time we may cancel the order, and food already made cannot be refunded.

Age-restricted items

We do not sell alcohol or other age-restricted products on this site.

Loyalty points

Points are earned on completed orders and have no cash value. We may change or end the scheme with reasonable notice. Points used on an order that is later cancelled are returned.
